Write after 3rd run

Just finish the run, so write down for the self record. Body still no use to it, leg still in pain, maybe due to 1st run body can not cope it.

Good news is that is start to form auto pilot condition, most of the thing no need to think, and you can perform it, like start to warm up the body by walk then gear up. 1km, 1.5km then today 2km, it is going in the right progress against 5km goal.

Due to recent habit change, I got to wake up earlier at 6am, so got to sleep earlier due to change condition, life is change slowly base on that.
