Write after 2nd run

Since yesterday first run, over night sleep leg is pain due to leg muscle is no used to it for so many years. But know got to keep going else once this routine is broke all the effort is waste.

Learn from yesterday whole session is run without walk, energy can not keep that long, since I am no used to it yet. So, follow the coach program advice walk plus run to built up the body for the new condition.

Today average speed is much slow but it is longer compare with yesterday. So, keep going.
