Today have bought in three book into personal library. And right now I am in reading on this book. It is author by Komatsuda Masaru (小松田 勝) san, who have about 15 years experience working in Tokyo Disneyland on the HR, Trainer and in charge of Training and Development (T&D). Tokyo Disneyland is well known enterprise, if my memory serve me right, it is the first one and the only one franchise out to Japan and no run by US Disneyland. In surprise under the Japan Management, the enterprise is perform very well, and some people even said it is beyond the original and still run as one of the very profitable businesses.

 

I am in reading and note taking, and make a short break to write this article.

 

I personally like the author style of writing, very direct and to the point. Want to maintain all the Tokyo Disneyland employee (especially most of them is the part time employee and student) to delivery the Walt Disney philosophy and dream world come true kind of experience, must start from having all the employee buy in the Disney philosophy, follow the company rules, standards and maintain Disneyland Image, especially for those who are facing and serving visitors. He is providing or sharing his experience on his thought, advising and suggesting how Tokyo Disneyland is do it. Off course it is up the reader whether or not learn from his lesson or experience or not.

 

Information and knowing is potential power. Take action is the power.

 

I think for those who visit Disneyland before will agree with me they are success in reconstruction and running a Dream come true world (dream world) rather than just theme park. Whether you are adult or kid, all can easy fall in the Disney World and can play inside for entire day and night, and go back only after see their theme park closing firework.

 

For those who run business or need to ensure getting result from other employee to perform services for the customer will know the important of the customer services. I mean customer services that wow, customer service that touching and to the heart in depth. You need to ensure all the employee buy in the company business philosophy, vision, and mission, and participate in the company and operation, training them, coach them, correct them until they can perform to serve the company customers.
